Menu 1 - Fishy Feast
Poached and smoked salmon terrine, lemon oil


Roasted cod, seasonal greens, smoky bacon, pine nuts, creamed potato, hollandaise sauce

Sticky toffee cheesecake, warm Medjool date compote, salted pecan praline

 




Menu 2 - Winter Warmer
Cream of butternut squash, sage, roasted garlic  “v”

Corn fed chicken, wild mushrooms, lentils and thyme & root vegetable puree

Steamed orange sponge pudding, tangerine syrup, cinnamon cream

 




Menu 3 - Vegetarian
Winter Waldorf salad, Shropshire blue cheese, walnuts, celery, roasted pear, Granny smith apple, seasonal leaves “v,n”

Beetroot Falafel, babaganoush, charred courgettes, flatbread, tarator “v”

Bonfire - Toasted marshmallow brûlée, caramelized banana, popcorn, chocolate

 




Menu 4 - A Taste of India
Indian spiced coconut risotto, cauliflower 3 ways “v”

Tandoori rump of lamb, brinjal pickle, potato, spinach

Orange and cardamom set cream, saffron crumb, pistachio, rose

 




Menu 5 - Mediterranean
Classic fish soup, rouille & gruyere croutens

Cassoulet, tenderloin of pork, chorizo, Savoy cabbage
 
Bitter chocolate, almond biscotti, blood orange sorbet







Menu 6 - Tasting

Oven - Selection of homemade artisan bread, oils and butter

Ocean - Poached and smoked salmon terrine, lemon oil

Woodland - Corn fed chicken, wild mushrooms, puy lentils and thyme & root vegetable  puree

Detox - Detox granita, spiced rum

Bonfire - Toasted marshmallow brûlée, caramelized banana, popcorn, chocolate

As a guide - A 3 course menu will cost in the region of £40 per head, tasting menu up to £100 per head.  Finger and fork buffets available from £10 per head.  Canapes, price on application.


Please be aware that there is a minimum hire charge of £250, this can be negotiated.
